Primavera en Shaw. Sprintime in Shaw

Springtime has come and I am in awe at the possibility of life, the possibility since it would seem like every year a vegetal reminder of rebirth and the resilience of life thrives from the cold of winter. Everything is blossomig in the most beautiful and promissing way. The roads are covered in multicolour tulips and wild yellow daffodils but the most amazing sight is the dance of the blossom trees. The wind beating the Pennines makes these mellow and joyful trees move to the rythm of a natural tune. They grow in a variety of colours: pink and purple, pistachio green and white, brown, dark green like my brother‘s eyes and even orange. I had never seen such feast of colour, it‘s like living inside a Turner‘s painting. The sun has come out as well. To think that in the winter we had only a few hours of light and now the day has defeated darnkness. With all this beauty sorrounding me everything seems possible. Even facing what may come... though last year flowers were beautiful we can only retain the memory of the scent and look forward to the unexpected buds of the future.
